We’re looking for a Web Scraping Engineer with strong Python / Go skills and hands-on experience building resilient scraping systems.
This role is for someone who enjoys solving hard technical problems — from dynamic targets and browser automation to anti-bot resistance, session handling, and large-scale request orchestration. You’ll help shape the foundations of a product from an early stage and work on systems that turn complex web extraction into a reliable, production-grade service.
- Building high-performance web scraping and extraction systems in Python / Go;
- Developing core capabilities for a new Scraping API product;
- Solving challenges around dynamic websites, anti-bot protections, retries, sessions, and proxy orchestration;
- Working with browser automation and HTTP-level scraping approaches;
- Designing robust parsing and data extraction pipelines;
- Improving reliability, observability, performance, and success rates across scraping infrastructure;
- Collaborating closely with infrastructure, networking, and product teams to create scalable solution.
Requirements:
- Objective programming skills (Python, Go and ect.);
- Real hands-on experience building web scrapers, crawlers, or extraction pipelines;
- Deep understanding of web fundamentals and how browsers and servers communicate (HTTP, TLS, sessions, headers);
- Experience with dynamic websites and browser automation tools;
- Good understanding of concurrency and scalable backend design.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Chromium, CDP, or headless browser automation;
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills;
- Experience applying machine learning to domain-specific scraping tasks;
- Working with browser automation and HTTP-level scraping approaches;
- Designing robust parsing and data extraction pipelines.
