Job description:
- Develop and implement project plans for software releases, including identifying key milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineering, BA, testing, support, devops, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project objectives;
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment within the team;
- Manage project scope and changes, define budgets, evaluate potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans;
- Track, report and ensure project performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and resource utilization are met;
- Act as a direct support point for team members, helping resolve day-to-day team questions and addressing individual needs;
- Promote continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices;
- Be solution and client oriented.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience with IT project management;
- Experience in agile development methodologies, SDLC;
- Education degree in Computer science, Finances, or Business administration;
- Ability to set priorities and high stress resistance;
- Strong listening and questioning abilities, with confidence in interacting with team and stakeholders to clarify issues and present solutions;
- Robust problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical and timely solutions;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and analysis;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the fintech/banking domain;
- Educational background in IT product design.
