Manual QA Specialist (Middle)

As a Middle Manual QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless performance of our web and mobile financial applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify system vulnerabilities, validate complex financial workflows, and safeguard our user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications;
• Review project documentation and analyze business and technical requirements;
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and design documentation;
• Find, report, and track bugs during the development and testing lifecycle;
• Analyze application logs to identify defects and provide developers with clear and actionable information for troubleshooting.

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of fintech products (web and mobile applications);
• Experience in functional, UI, API, and regression testing of web and mobile applications; experience with load testing;
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, tools, and processes, with practical experience applying them;
• Experience in REST API testing using Postman;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to analyse application logs – we use Kibana, Grafana, and Lens;
• Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team;
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deadlines;
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing team and business needs.

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools – we use YouTrack and TestRail;
• Work with Proxy Debugging Tools, such as Charles, Fiddler.
