Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming stakeholder requirements into seamless payments, compliance, and financial system integrations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate business needs, align technical product capabilities, and ensure they work together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with the business team (clients support, payments department, compliance teams etc);
• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders considering product consistency and ideology;
• Decompose function delivery on stages to meet business needs progressively;
• Assist with requirements gathering and digitalization on all task lifecycle stages;
• Create requirements specification for developers & designers team;
• Create specifications for different APIs integration;
• Compose entity descriptions and data flow diagrams;
• Create customer product specifications and run product demos.

• Solid experience (3 years +) with business requirements analysis in the IT domain;
• Ability to transformative business requirements to consistent requirements specifications for developers (web, mobile) & designer teams;
• Understanding of principles and specifics SDLC;
• Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
• Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources;
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance or related field;
• Knowledge and expertise in Fintech area is a strong plus (payments, compliance, etc.);
• Knowledge of business process description methodologies is a plus (BPMN).
