Senior GL Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely general ledger entries;
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and intercompany balances;
- Collaborate professionally with internal teams and clients;
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in general ledger accounting;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- English language skills at least B2 level;
- Scandinavian languages – an advantage.
