Job description:
As a Technical Integration Manager, you will be at the heart of our client-facing technical delivery — owning the full lifecycle of payment solution integrations, from initial scoping through to go-live and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into detailed technical integration plans for payment API and web-based solutions;
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the integration process;
- Facilitate and lead technical workshops, calls, and meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders;
- Own the configuration, testing, and validation of payment systems and related workflows;
- Oversee certification processes, maintain integration documentation, and ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements;
- Identify technical gaps and define business requirements to guide internal development efforts;
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure seamless end-to-end solution rollouts;
- Champion process improvements and automation opportunities across the integration lifecycle;
- Uphold data security, AML/CTF, and compliance standards in all technical activities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role within the payments or fintech industry;
- Solid understanding of payment platforms, APIs, and system configuration;
- Demonstrated experience managing client-facing technical relationships;
- Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications and data flows;
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear technical documentation;
- Ability to scope and document API-based product solutions based on specific client use cases;
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks, including AML/CTF and data security standards.
Company offers:
- A stable role with meaningful, technically complex work in an international fintech environment;
- Annual salary and performance reviews;
- Quarterly wellness allowance (post-probation);
- Budget for professional development — conferences, courses, and external training;
- A welcoming, experienced team with structured onboarding support;
- Hybrid working schedule — 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility on remaining days.
