We’re now looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend who wants to contribute to this mission by building clear, reliable user interfaces, and by using AI as a natural part of software development.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Kiona, you contribute through strong technical execution while also being a trusted, constructive team member. You’ll design and implement frontend features, modernise existing solutions, and take part in frontend architecture decisions and shaping technical direction within the team, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high quality results.
You’ll actively use AI tools and workflows and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering colleagues to align technical work with product goals. Accessibility, performance, and reliability are treated as first class concerns in everything you build.
You’ll be part of a distributed development team working across Norway, Sweden, and Lithuania, in an international environment where English is the primary working language. You’ll also support and guide less experienced engineers and contribute to continuously improving development practices across the team.
