Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and requirement traceability matrices;
- Perform functional, regression, performance, integration, and end-to-end testing;
- Identify, log, and track defects to resolution;
- Work with engineers to design and execute test cases for new features;
- Perform complete system validation testing prior to major releases;
- Work with data scientists to design and execute AI validation tests;
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites;
- Ensure automated test coverage for new features and existing functionality;
- Participate in the software validation process;
- Mentor junior QA engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing;
- Proficiency in Selenium test automation;
- Demonstrable programming skills in Python and/or UNIX Shell scripting or other modern programming languages for test automation;
- Expertise in testing complex web and API-based applications;
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- English language proficiency;
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
- Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools.
