We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Build scalable, maintainable front-end applications;
• Participate in system architecture and UI solution development;
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices;
• Collaborate with the analysts, architects, and the development team to design and implement new solutions, solve problems, and improve existing features.

• 5+ years of experience in information system development and implementation projects, 3+ years working with React with proven track record of building scalable, maintainable applications in production environments;
• Degree in Information Technology, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of common programming principles;
• Required experience with React, JavaScript, React Hooks, TypeScript, Webpack, React Native.
• Preferred experience with Vite, Zod, Next.js, TanStack Query, Material UI.
• Knowledge of modern libraries like Zustand and Tailwind CSS is beneficial.
• You are skilled at designing reusable components and modular architectures;
• Experience with performance optimization;
• Ability to integrate and work with backend services;
• Experience with Git;
• You are proactive, with a can-do attitude, structured, and focused on agreed actions and deliveries;
• You are able to mentor developers and lead technical discussions;
• Strong work ethic, time management skills, and the ability to work independently and with team;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of Lithuanian language is preferred.
