We have a fantastic opportunity for Sales Administrator to join our team based in Vilnius.
Your mission:
- Prepare contracts, acceptance-handover acts and other documentation related to new and used truck sales
- Track the process of truck orders, approvals, production process, administrate databases
- Administrate telematic services
- Support the sales team with daily tasks
We expect from you:
- Experience working with contract administration and customer support. You can also be a final year student or just graduated.
- Desire to learn and develop
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Good communication and planning skills, initiative
- Dive deep into the details, ensure accuracy and data recording on time
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Proficiency in Lithuanian language, good command of English
