We are looking for a QA Lead to help ensure the quality and reliability of our IoT and energy platform. You will work alongside our development team to define test strategies, build automated test suites, and catch issues before they reach production – playing a key role in shipping software that our customers can depend on.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall QA strategy, processes, and standards;
- Work closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies;
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures;
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites;
- Communicate test results clearly and drive root cause analysis for defects;
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and tooling across our IoT and energy platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on both frontend and backend testing;
- Experience shaping and improving QA processes;
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests with Cypress or Playwright;
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript is a big plus;
- Strong ownership and proactivity; feeling comfortable in taking initiative and creating from scratch;
- Good English skills.
