Payments specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Specialist to ensure smooth payment operations. This role requires not only precision but also strong communication skills to coordinate with the team, follow up on deadlines, and ensure all invoices are paid on time.

• Review and verify invoices submitted by colleagues;
• Process and execute payments to our clients and service providers;
• Ensure all payments are completed by their deadlines;
• Identify errors in invoices and communicate them to colleagues;
• Stay informed about Lithuanian and European banking system changes and updates;
• Occasionally process additional payments (e.g., training, other business expenses).

• Background in banking or payments (invoice review, payment preparation and execution);
• English proficiency: B1-B2 level;
• Computer skills (MS package).
