Job description
- Conduct ongoing due diligence on Company clients, including reviewing KYC documentation, verifying submitted information, and assessing risk factors;
- Communicate with clients and partners to request additional information or supporting documentation when necessary;
- Identify and investigate suspicious activity, escalating findings to the Compliance team;
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk and Sales departments to ensure effective and aligned risk management;
- Perform AML/CTF risk assessments and underwriting of merchants in accordance with internal risk policies;
- Ensure all due diligence procedures are conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards;
- Provide assistance to other team members with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Higher education (Law, Finance, Business or a related field is an advantage);
- Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to details;
- Strong communication skill in English, both written and verbal;
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results;
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, grow and advance professionally.
