Job description:
- Manage and control paid link-building efforts, ensuring quality and compliance;
- Oversee guest blogging campaigns, including identifying opportunities and managing content;
- Coordinate the ordering and monitoring of press releases for link-building purposes;
- Manage satellite sites strategy and other off-page tactics to strengthen link profiles;
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and create strategies to outperform them;
- Collaborate with and coordinate remote teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution across different locations;
- Work closely with the external SEO teams to align off-page SEO efforts with broader seo strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of SEO experience;
- Strong knowledge of off-page SEO and its connection to content performance;
- Understanding of basic black-hat SEO techniques (e.g., PBNs, 301 redirects, link tier building);
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Link Explorer, Google Search Console, and others;
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects across different industries;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client projects effectively;
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Russian and Lithuanian is a plus);
- Experience in high-risk niches, such as iGaming, crypto, and other regulated industries is an advantage.
