Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with key accounts in Estonia (retail chains and other sales channels);
  • Taking over and rebuilding existing client relationships;
  • Analyzing client needs, managing and expanding the product range, and introducing new products to existing and prospective clients;
  • Supporting new client acquisition where needed, handling inbound inquiries, and conducting negotiations;
  • Monitoring client payments and ensuring timely settlements;
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets;
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends in the Estonian FMCG sector.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales;
  • Proven experience working with major retail chains (FMCG sector experience is a strong advantage);
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent command of Estonian; good command of English.
