Job description
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring positive customer experience;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately;
- Handle service disruptions and follow the company’s escalation procedures when necessary;
- Extract and prepare transaction data reports for internal and external use.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service role;
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude;
- Comfortable using computers, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus;
- Experience in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
