Delivery Manager

• At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating IT or software development teams/projects.
• Experience working and communicating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several tasks, projects, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
• Good understanding of how software development projects are planned and delivered.
• Experience working in Kanban, Agile or Scrum environments.
• Good English communication skills, as you’ll work closely with international teams and stakeholders.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices.
• Technical background in software development or IT projects.
• Experience working in international or fast-growing environments.
• Experience improving internal processes or team workflows.
