Job description:
- Responding to external client inquiries via phone and email;
- Participating in international conferences;
- Monitoring market needs and pricing trends for container freight;
- Collaborating with the purchasing, operations, finance, and marketing departments;
- Working with CRM software and Excel.
- Work with the American market. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service for at least 1 year;
- English language proficiency (C1);
- Excellent communication skills: politeness, eloquence, persuasiveness;
- Extroversion, perseverance, courage;
- Ability to listen to and understand clients;
- Computer skills;
- Spanish language proficiency (B1) is a significant advantage.
