Job description:
- Establishing relationships with business clients through writing emails and making phone calls to potential clients (a preliminary list will be provided);
- Communicating with business clients to clarify expectations, provide personalized offers, negotiate deals, transfer inventory, and implement transactions to ensure smooth cooperation and customer satisfaction;
- Participating in international conferences;
- Monitoring market needs and pricing trends for container freight;
- Collaborating with the purchasing, operations, finance, and marketing departments;
- Working with CRM software and Excel;
- Working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or logistics for at least 1 year;
- English language proficiency (C1);
- Portuguese language proficiency (B2-C1);
- Excellent communication skills: politeness, eloquence, persuasiveness;
- Extroversion, perseverance, courage;
- Ability to listen to and understand clients;
- Computer skills.
