We are currently looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journeys by providing strategic consulting and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing business needs: Analyzing large enterprises and public sector organizations’ current digital infrastructure and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Solution design: Developing adapted digital solutions, such as cloud migrations, automations, integrations, etc.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborating with C-level, business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Implementation oversight: Leading or overseeing the deployment of digital tools, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems, by providing clear documentation throughout the digital transformation process.
• Change Management: Guiding organizations through the cultural and operational changes associated with digital transformation.

• Technical expertise: Proficiency in technologies such as cloud computing, automation, AI.
• Project management: Strong skills in leading projects from conception through implementation, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Business analysis: Ability to understand and interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem solving: Critical thinking to diagnose issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Extensive consulting experience: We expect candidates to have significant experience in consulting roles, especially in digital transformation for organizations. Prior experience in this area will be considered a strong advantage.
• Presentation skills and workshop leadership: Excellent presentation skills are essential for this role. You must be able to clearly communicate complex digital strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to lead workshops and conduct thorough assessments to guide organizations through their digital transformation journey.
• Innovation, responsibility, and partnership: Candidates must demonstrate innovative thinking and approach challenges with creativity. Responsibility is key; we expect you to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion. Additionally, fostering strong partnerships with clients and internal teams is a crucial part of the role.
