Job description:
- Drive the end-to-end launch of new payments products, from initial concept through to market release, ensuring strong product-market fit;
- Grow and lead a high-performing team, setting up the structures and ways of working that enable consistent delivery;
- Keep a sharp eye on the evolving fintech and banking landscape, bringing relevant trends and innovations into the product development process;
- Serve as the internal authority on market dynamics and customer needs, shaping product decisions with real-world insight;
- Bridge the gap between what customers need and what the team builds, turning complex requirements into clear, actionable product direction;
- Work hand-in-hand with commercial, engineering, compliance, legal and marketing stakeholders to bring well-rounded products to life;
- Champion a customer-first mindset across the organisation, raising the bar for how product thinking is embedded into company culture.
Requirements:
- You have extensive Product management experience;
- You bring expertise in card issuing across multiple markets;
- You have a strong track record of building digital products within the fintech or banking industry;
- You thrive in cross-functional environments, bringing people together and communicating with clarity across technical and non-technical audiences;
- You have a natural ability to take complex, technical ideas and shape them into simple, intuitive experiences that resonate with end users;
- You approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, while keeping a close eye on the details that make or break a product;
- You take ownership of your work, push things forward without being asked, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to everything you do;
- You are fluent in English and comfortable operating in it as your working language.
