CV sorting

CV sorting is an essential part of the recruitment process, where CVs that best match your job requirements are selected. We consider Candidates’ education, experience, skills and achievements – the key indicators that can determine a person’s suitability for a position. A list of qualified Candidates is compiled.

Candidates are interviewed and assessed

The next step is to interview the Candidates. We determine their competences by means of a semi-structured interview. We administer the Unlock test, which allows us to learn the personality traits of the employee, their type, strengths and weaknesses in certain situations. If necessary, we also use the Tripod psychological test, which determines the Candidate’s motivation, results orientation, level of teamwork, stress tolerance and mental capacity. These tests are complementary tools, developed by scientists and valued worldwide, to see if a Candidate is truly suitable for the job.

The Unlock personal trait testing is included in the selection process and is at no additional cost to the Client. If the Client requires additional assessments, such as mental ability tests or assessments for management positions, a separate service, the Tripod psychological test, is offered upon request.

Practical tasks

If you wish, we can also provide tailor-made practical tasks for selected Candidates. In this way, we can easily test the Candidates’ specific skills and knowledge required for the job position. We will pass on the completed practical tasks to you for evaluation.

Completion of the selection

At the end of the screening process, the Client is advised on recruitment issues, if necessary, they are assisted in the formulation of an attractive job offer and the formalisation of the end of the active search activities.

FAQ

What are effective strategies to identify the best professionals?

Our recruiters use the Unlock and Tripod tests. These techniques can be used to identify a Candidate’s personality traits, strengths and weaknesses, ability to work in a team, or to get feedback on a person from their former managers and colleagues. The information obtained from the tests increases the accuracy of the selection and the decision-making process by 10 – 15%.

How long does the recruitment process take?

On average, we deliver the first list of selected professionals within 1-2 weeks of the recruitment process. The average search and selection time for highly qualified professionals is 1.5-2 months* before a selected Candidate is invited to join, 2-3 months* for IT specialists and 2 months* for various level managers (*averages may vary depending on the complexity of the project).
