Partial recruitment is a recruitment method where recruiters are assigned selected search, attraction and selection functions in the first stages of the attraction and selection process.

Partial recruitment may include:

  •       Job ad creation;
  •       Job ad distribution on major career websites and social networks;
  •       Finding the CVs of passive Candidates on the largest career websites and Emplonet's internal database;
  •       On-demand paid promotion for job ads on Facebook;
  •       Search and attraction of passive Candidates on LinkedIn;
  •       Interviewing Candidates over the phone based on 3-5 criteria agreed with the client;
  •       Presentation of the most suitable CVs and short comments to the Client.

How does partial recruitment work?

  • After analysing your needs, we will professionally prepare a job ad and take care of its distribution on social media and the most popular job search websites;
  • We will sort the CVs we receive according to the requirements;
  • We will search for suitable CVs on job search websites and Emplonet's internal databases, LinkedIn social network, if required;
  • We will contact passive Candidates by phone and, if they’re interested in the offer, we will carry out the screening of the Client's Candidate criteria.
  • If required, we will promote your ad on social media. This will ensure an even greater reach of the target audience and the flow of relevant contacts;
  • We will provide you with the CVs of eligible Candidates with brief comments.
