CV sorting and Candidate evaluation

  • We will assess the received CVs, shortlist and contact suitable Candidates;
  • Candidates' competences will be assessed through a semi-structured interview;
    We will assess the personal qualities, team roles and values of all the Candidates of your choice with the UNLOCK test;
  • If required, we will conduct a holistic assessment of the Candidates with Tripod tests.

Completing the selection

  • We will present the shortlisted Candidates to you, outlining their potential and the risks associated with them;
  • We will arrange your meetings with the shortlisted Candidates. Our consultant will be present if necessary;
  • We will keep in touch with Candidates throughout the selection process to maintain their interest in the position. We will communicate in a timely manner about the progress of the selection process and the next steps. We will help coordinate tasks. We will provide feedback to the Candidates that have not been chosen to help them become positive ambassadors for the company in the future.
  • We will send weekly progress reports if the Client requests them. We will also share insights that contribute to a smoother recruitment process and a quicker result.

UNLOCK and Tripod tests – a comprehensive insight into Candidates’ potential

UNLOCK and Tripod tests are a great way to learn more about Candidates and their suitability for a particular role. A Candidate may be subject to the Unlock Personality test, which provides a better understanding of their personality traits, personality type and suitable team roles. The collected data helps to build cohesive and effective teams and promotes better communication at interpersonal and team level. The information also helps to improve task delegation, to unlock and make sense of individual potential and to harness individual strengths.

If necessary, we also use Tripod psychological tests to measure human qualities that do not change over time, such as a Candidate’s motivation, result orientation, level of teamwork, stress tolerance, and mental capacity. These tests are complementary tools, developed by scientists and valued worldwide, created to determine whether a Candidate is truly suitable for the a position.

The Unlock personality testing is included in the selection process and adds no additional cost to the Client. If the Client requires additional assessments, such as mental ability assessments or assessments for management positions, a separate service, the Tripod psychological test, is offered upon request.

For companies, we also offer the UNLOCK Employee Experience survey, which assesses the organization’s microclimate, employee job satisfaction, empowerment, loyalty to the organization, and indicators of employee diversity and inclusion. The test helps you to better understand your employees’ experience in your organization, to identify why engagement is declining or turnover is increasing. The information gathered from the survey can be used to improve recruitment and selection, for example by identifying the company’s strengths and communicating them more externally.
