Our recruitment package consists of: 46.91% experienced, mid- and high-skilled specialist/expert selections; 41.24% specialist selections; 11.86% executive recruitments. IT selections account for 15.46% of our total projects.
We analyse your needs, your work and organizational culture, develop a search and selection strategy, prepare job ads and ensure their effective distribution, conduct headhunting, assess selected Candidates using a variety of methods, present the most suitable Candidates in detail, arrange meetings with them, regularly update you on the progress of the selection process, and provide you with our insights and recommendations.
Headhunting
We professionally conduct headhunting. It is an integral part of the recruitment and selection process that we utilize to attract “niche” competences, top-level professionals, and managers at various levels.
In headhunting, we only attract targeted Candidates who are normally not interested in looking for a new job. Getting them interested in a new job offer takes time, special knowledge, skills and techniques that we know and can apply, thus saving your company’s human resources. We work with clients in a wide range of business areas, which means we have a wide range of contacts and connections, which speeds up and facilitates the process of attracting specialists.
By entrusting your talent hunt to us, you will avoid the inconvenience, conflict of interest or potential threat to your employer’s image that sometimes arises when companies conduct their own headhunts to attract employees of direct competitors.
Partial recruitment
For clients who want to be directly involved in the recruitment process, but don’t have the time to take care of the first phase of the search, we offer a partial recruitment service. We take care of all aspects of the recruitment process, from the creation and promotion of the job ad to the presentation of the most suitable CVs to the Client.
This type of recruitment is the perfect solution when a company does not have enough time to search for the right Candidates on its own, but wants to be involved in the recruitment of new team members. The partial recruitment process is phased according to the company’s needs and includes creation of the job ad and its distribution on major career websites and social networks; searching for CVs of passive Candidates on various career websites and in our own databases; ordering promotion for the job ad; searching for and recruiting passive Candidates; doing initial interviews with Candidates by phone; and submission of CVs to the employer with comments.
Tripod tests
One of the most reliable ways to predict a person’s work performance is the combination of different assessment methods. Our Candidate Assessment consists of an interview and an Unlock test, and if the Client wishes, we can additionally administer Tripod tests of personal traits and mental abilities (either overall or for a sample of managers). The information obtained from the tests adds about 15% to the accuracy of the assessment.
