Coaching is the empowerment of personal potential based on different methodologies, leading to positive change, like achieving one’s goals, transforming habits and beliefs, and crystallising core values.

A coach will not try to teach you or give you advice. Instead, they will believe in your potential and help you start believing in it yourself. They will encourage you to take a good look at your values and determine your life goals, or what kind of quality of life you would like to have, and help you prepare an action plan to achieve your goals.

A coach is a professional who uses specific questioning techniques to maximise a person’s potential, encourages them to set ambitious goals, and maps out the steps they need to take to achieve them at work and in their personal life.

A coaching session is a confidential conversation between the client and the coach aimed at finding answers to relevant questions.

During a coaching session, you will overcome inner conflicts and take more confident steps forward.

Hi, my name is IRENA!

I am a certified ICC (International Coaching Community) coach and a managing director of a recruitment company. 

I started my coaching journey with a desire to deepen my expertise in coaching organizations—managers, professionals, and employees (groups or individually)—as well as a need to learn new practices that bring positive change to organizations and the people who work in them.

Duration of a coaching session: Coaching sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and can be conducted in person or via a video call.

For sustainable change, we recommend ongoing work with a coach or at least having three to five sessions, with one session a week.
