How does a career consultation work?
- We will meet you. Contact us and we will be waiting for you for a pleasant conversation at our branch in Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipėda.
- We will consult you on the labour market. During the meeting, we will give you advice on the labour market and your opportunities – the demand for your skills and experience in the current market.
- We will clarify your expectations. During the interview, we will clarify your experience, expectations, preferences in terms of workplace, type of work, remuneration package.
- We will provide job offers. If possible, we will provide you with a refined list of job offers that match your expectations, with full information about the workplace and the nature of the job.
- We will help you evaluate. We will review your work experience, your acquired competences, provide a consultation on the labour market and your opportunities.
- You will have the opportunity to take tests. If you wish, you will be able to take TRIPOD tests for an additional fee, which will allow you to identify your personal strengths that would be best suited to the position.
- We will advise you on your image. We will review and assess your professional image in the digital space – social networks – and help you strengthen it.
- We will help you with your CV. We will give you clear guidelines on how to write a quality CV or cover letter and how to tailor it to different job roles. We will also provide representative CV writing examples.
