Hi, my name is IRENA!

I am a certified ICC (International Coaching Community) coach and a managing director of a recruitment company. 

I started my coaching journey with a desire to deepen my expertise in coaching organizations—managers, professionals, and employees (groups or individually)—as well as a need to learn new practices that bring positive change to organizations and the people who work in them.

Duration of the coaching session: 45-60 min. Format: live session or video call.

For sustainable change, it is advisable to choose ongoing work with a coach; 3-5 sessions are recommended. Recommended frequency of sessions: 1 session per week.
