I am the Head of IT Recruitment at Emplonet, a psychologist, and a consultant of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in HR (and other areas), Ieva Kiliuvienė. During 7 years of experience in applying a wide range of technologies in IT talent recruitment and competency assessment, and having completed more than a hundred IT talent search and attraction projects, I have had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in both technology and HR. Today, we can bring both together in the concept of training tailored to the modern person.
I am also a certified UNLOCK consultant in personnel assessment (personal qualities and mental abilities), and I have completed the Recruitment Academy Certified Sourcer (RACS) expert training in talent attraction and selection. My areas of expertise include artificial intelligence solutions in HR; IT recruitment and selection; the IT labor market; IT team building and implementation, training, and consulting; health; and organizational psychology.
