Job description:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues by following established runbooks and independently isolating root causes.
- Develop and deliver data visualizations and client-specific reports.
- Manage and escalate critical incidents to the engineering team, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Analyse problems and provide workarounds or escalate for hotfixes when needed.
- Acquire and maintain deep technical knowledge of company products and services.
- Create and update internal and external knowledge base articles, ensuring clear and structured documentation of troubleshooting procedures.
- Clear and widely understood job name would be Technical Support Engineer (L2).
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support (Tier 2 / L2).
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus).
- Good understanding of REST API.
- Experience working with application logs for issue investigation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and provide hotfixes where necessary.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., JasperSoft).
