• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, including technical SEO, keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
• Manage and delegate tasks to content writers and SEO specialists, including content creation, backlink building, and outreach.
• Create and present detailed SEO reports, strategies, and pitches using tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and similar platforms.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via Slack, Notion, and other communication tools.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on SEO best practices and market trends.
• Maintain a deep understanding of both Lithuanian and English/US SEO markets, with knowledge of Latvian and Estonian markets being a strong advantage.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and technologies to ensure best practices are applied.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year as an SEO manager.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio).
• Experience in working with content writers & SEO specialists.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Lithuania.
• Proven experience in handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
