We’re currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to facilitate the development of our groundbreaking new product. This product has the potential to revolutionize the way we shop online, thanks to its innovative AI technology.

Your core responsibilities as an IT project manager would be:

• Own AI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams for backlog grooming, execution, and delivery aligned with product and business goals.
• Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders, POs, CSMs, and tech leads to ensure effective delivery and address customer needs.
• Facilitate clear communication among teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• 2+ years of experience in a tech company (ideally – in a SaaS projects/businesses involving AI, ML, NLP, search and recommendation, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience working with technical projects (platforms, distributed systems, data science, AI, ML, NLP, or similar would be an advantage).
• One year of experience managing a team in Engineering, Operations, or Design.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a good business sense to prioritize tasks based on ROI.
• Proven ability to define and drive clear project objectives for AI-driven initiatives, while effectively communicating progress and outcomes to customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
