What you will do?
At Volvo Financial Services you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
Business Analyst will support the Head of Finance in managing all key reporting and analytical processes within the Finance and Accounting function. Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant financial reporting on the country level, while contributing to efficient portfolio refinancing and financial performance monitoring.
You will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) – providing insights, forecasts, and performance reports to the Head of Finance and other members of the leadership team. This includes detailed monitoring of cost levels, business results, and operational KPIs across the organization.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance Baltics.
Main activities and core responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Prepare detailed analysis and commentary on business performance against KPIs and financial targets.
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Perform cost control and variance analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Support local and group-level refinancing and funding processes.
- Participate in finance system improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Who are you?
YOU:
- Have solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Possess good understanding of financing products and financial structures.
- Have development mindset – able to think strategically (big picture) while maintaining strong command of data and operational details.
- Demonstrate strong planning, change management, and negotiation skills.
- Communicate effectively across functions and cultures, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (oral and written).
- Are advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in the transport or leasing business will be considered as an advantage.

From 3.000€ to 4.000€ per month gross (before withholding taxes) depending on skills and experience. Also, annual bonus program will be applied in accordance with the Company policy.
