Full-Stack Software Engineer

Xirgo Device Manager (XDM) is a system for providing OTA (over-the-air) updates for IoT (Internet of Things) devices, primarily used in vehicle and asset tracking applications. The system consists of a website developed in Angular and C#, and multiple back-end services written in C#.

XDM supports multiple types of device hardware and firmware combinations. Due to this, the configuration is dynamic and templated, ensuring that each hardware/firmware combination receives the appropriate configuration format.

Your role will involve managing the dynamic and templated configuration of various device hardware and firmware combinations, ensuring the appropriate configuration format is applied to each. You will work closely with other teams to integrate the extraction of information to display OTA update progress and statuses. With a range of IoT devices currently in development and frequently receiving new firmware updates that often introduce changes, you will need to adapt XDM to accommodate these updates, whether non-breaking or breaking, and ensure the system remains up-to-date and functional.

• Support designing, implementing, and deploying highly scalable microservices into the cloud while collaborating with other teams.
• Handle difficult problems by offering pragmatic and practical solutions.
• Support and develop the XDM web application.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure appropriate automated unit and integration test coverage of developed code.

• At least 3 years of experience with .NET.
• Experience working with front-end (JS/TS).
• Experience working with relational databases.
• English language skills.
